iv. pottery and ceramics.
ve stone monuments.
The manufacturing, processing or packaging of
the following chemicals and allied products:
4. alcohol.
44. dye stuffs.
inert compressed gases.
paints, varnishes.and lacquers.
photographic chemicals and film.
putty, caulking compounds and sinilar products.

soape, detergents, cleaning and polishing
preparations.

viii. soda and soda compounds. .
(k) Public utility buildings and installations such
ae telephone exchanges, transformer stations
and public works yards.
Accessory buildings and uses, including the
internal display, internal sterage and internal
retail sale of goods produced or stored on the

premises.

Conditions of Use:

(a) Lot Area and Width

Zach iot shall have an area of not less than
20,000 square feet and a width of not iv3s than
100 feet, except where such lot was existing at
the effective date of this By-law.

Lot Coverage and Building Size

Buildings and structures together shall not
exceed a lot coverage of 60 percent and the min-

ieun gross floor area of a principal building shall
be 1500 square feet. ,
