Coquitlen will hold a Public Hearing. in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlan
city Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, November
6th, 1972 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend
the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":
i. By-law No. 1211: to rezone:
(a) Lot 1 & Lot 11, Block 39, D.L. 232, Plan 2111;
(>) lot 477, D.L. 232, Plar, 39184
from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family
Residential).
This property is known as 1487 Morrison Aveoue, and it is expected
thet approximately 5 residential lots will be created following

completion of the rezoning procedures.

2. By-law No. 1212: to rezone the Westerly 187.97'(2), Lot 393, SW

Section 6, Township 40, Plan 39493 from RS=2 (One-Family Suburban

Residential} to P-1 (Civic Institutional).

Tunis property is located at 1331 Fraser Avenue and is the site of

the Birchland Elementary School and the rezoning proposed will bring

tha entirety of the school site into conformity with the proper zone

teqsized for use as a school site.

Copies of the proposed By-lawmay be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pem. - on working days - from Cctober 26th, 1972 to
Novenber 6th, 1972,

All persens who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
