6. The provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By~law, 1969, No.

912" ag amended, Shall apply to this By~law with Tespect to the commutation
of the annual frontage tax,

7. The Collector Shall forthwith Prepare a Frontage Tax Assessment

Roll in respect of the hereinbefore described Parcels in accordance with

the provisions of the "Municipal. Act" and the "Local Improvement Charge

By-Law, 1969, No. 912", as amended, which said Assessment Roll shall,

from time to time, be revised by the Collecter in accordance with. the

provisions of the Municipal Act.
