A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port
Coquitlam, BC on Monday, October 3, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay, and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J.Gordon, W.W. Stewart, and
M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator T.M. Chong, City Clerk S$. Rauh, Deputy Engineer
J.E. Yip, Director of Community Planning C.F. Felip, Fire Chief G.W. Routley, and
Administrative Assistant J.L. Marks.

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting of September 26, 1994 be
taken as read and adopted.

The Delegate, Ms. Irene Barr, Business Improvement Association was deferred until iater in the
Agenda. |

That the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2717"
_be reconsidered, finally passed, and adopted. : |
