1. That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large

Lot Residential) to CD (Comprehensive Development) under Section 963 of
the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requiremente;

c) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks
Recreation Department;

d) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;

e) Consolidation of the properties into one lot;

f£) Issuance of a Development Permit;

NOTE:

Council deferred thia application om April 11, 1994 requeating an upwards
reviaion to the commercial parking. The architect has now revised the
drawings to increase conmerci:| parking from G to 9 stalle.
