That the City contribute $7,564.90 towards the reinstatement of the northem
portion of the road pavement in front of the condominium development at 2360

Wilson Avenue.

That Council allocate $7,564.90 from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve
fund for this purpose. ;

The developer of the condominium project at 2360 Wilson Avenue will be reconstructing the
southem portion of the pavement in front of the development for a distance of lialf the road
width plus a metre.

El Dorado Construction, the contractor for this development has submitted a price of $7,564.90
(including GST) to reconstruct and pave the remaining northem portion of Wilson Avenue as
shown on the attached Plan A.

As the northern portion of Wilson Avenue at this location is in poor condition, it is
recommended that the City contribute $7,564.90 and have the full width of Wilsen Avenue
pavement reconstructed. | |
