RECOMMENDATION :

1. That third reading to Bylaw 2801 be rescinded.
Zz. That the City Clerk be instructed to call a new Public Hearing for this
application at the next available date.

BACKGROUND:

Rezoning Application 9/93, (Bylaw 2801), received third reading on July
26, 1993, after a Fublic Hearing held on July 12, 1993.

During the discussions preceding third reading, it was indicated that the
project had been ammended to create three identical lots facing Kitchener
Avenue, rather than four lots as initially intended. The three lots were to
have a frontage of 53 ft. each.

The above statement was incorrect in that the initial layout proposed only
three lots on Kitchener Avenue, two of them 40 ft. in width and a third one,
57 £t. in width. What the applicant is actually proposing now is to have
three 45.5 ft. lots fronting Kitchener Avenue.
