Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement - 3743 Sefton Street, S#6/92

Recommendation:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Nancy & Tyler Faust, on
the 22nd day of June, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services
described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the
said Nancy & Tyler Faust in connection with the development of the lands

described as:
‘Lot 8, Section 12, Township 39, NWD, Plan 19381

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute "excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby-approved and that.
the. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City
and to affix the Corporate seal thereto. .
