THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM AUG 2 4 1992

BYLAW NO. 2706

WHEREAS the City~owned rental house at 2384 Mary Hill Road is vacant;

AND WHEREAS the tenants of the City-owned rental house at 2257 Atkins Avenue
have expressed a desire to move to 2384 Mary Hill Road on September lst, 1992
upon the terms and conditions of rental as stated in the Schedule "A” attached
hereto;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed fair and reasonable to grant the terms of this
request from one of the City's present tenants;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
-hereby leases unto Mr. and Mrs. D. Holmes the lands described in the
Schedule "A" attached hereto for the period of time and on the terms and
subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached hereto and marked
Schedule “A'

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
are hereby authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf of the City and
to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Rental Agreement (2384
Mary Hill Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1992, No. 2706"

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this LOth day of August, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of August, 1992.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of August, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this day of 4, 1992.
