install a mast arm light on an existing hydro
pole at the terminus of the east/west lane
(see attached sketch for location)

- inform the owner of the building at the corner
of the lane to paint the concrete abutment
periodically so as it is visible at al] times

- inform the owner's of the garbage dumpster's
that they are to be On private property and not
in the lane allowance

COSTS:

For the section of lane between Kingsway and Elgin:
Option l 6 signs at $100 each = $600
Say $1000

Option 2 No post barricades @ $150 each $600

signs at $100 each $300
