Landscaping shall be provided adjacent to all building walls
facing a street or park. Such landscaping borders shall te at
least 1 m (3.3 ft.) in width.

Landscaped islands shali be provided in all parking areas facing
a street and/or intended to be utilized by customers or
visitors. The total area of these landscaped islands shall be
not less than 5% of the parking area where they are located, and
shall not include any landscaped area required under Sastions
11¢b) or life).

(13) NOTES
The operation of all usea shall comply with any enviroumental and

public health performance standards of the Provineial and Federal
Government.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning 3ylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2636".
