BYLAW NQ. 2619

A Bylaw to amend the "“Ticehurst Lane Road Exchange Bylaw, 1991, Na. 2609".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The "Ticehurst Lane Road Exchange Bylaw, 1991, No. 2609" is amended by
striking out the phrase "a 113.0 a+ portion of Parcel "A" (N15711E)" where
it appears in Section 2 and substituting the phrase “a 99.57 m* portion of
Parcel, "A" (NL5711E)".

The plan attached to Bylaw No. 2609 and referred to in Section 1 and
Section 2 thereof is deleted and the plan attached to this bylaw is
substituted therefor.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "“Ticehurst Lane Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1991, No. 2609, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2619".

NOTES

This amending bylaw is:
required because of a Land
Title Office search error ia
preparing the survey plan for
the original Bylaw.
