In response to your questions about disposal of the clearing refuse from

Reeve St. Park, I have discussed this matter with the Provincial Ministry ©
of the Environment, Fish and Wildlife Branch, Waste Management Branch
and Water Management Branch, and the Federal Department of Fisheries

and the. following issues arise: ’ | .

(1) The Fisheries Act

(2) Permits: You will require a perrnit for dumping and |

to the Provincial Ministry or the Environment.

Waste Permit. This process is fairly complic cated
involving inspection and toxicity testing by the:
Environment officers. Applications normally take
from 4 to 12 weeks to process.
