THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2570

The Municipal. Couneil of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacta as follows:

Section 504(1) of the "Port Coquitlam Toning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
deleted and replaced as follows:

"604(1) One truck or commercial vehicle not exceeding 4600 kg. (10,141.1
lbs...) gross vehicle weight."

2. Thies Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amenduent Bylaw, 1990, No. 2570".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council thia 25th day of February, 1991.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of February, 1991.

Public Hearing held thia 18th day of Match, 1991.
Purpose of the Bylaw:

To amend Section 504 of the Bylaw by xvepealing the present regulation |
governing the weight of “rucks or commercial vehicles that may he parked

on private property in reaidential zones:

"604(1) One truck or commercial vehicle not exceeding 3630 kg.
(8002.7 lbs.) gross vehicle weight.”

and to substitute the following regulation:

“SN4(1) One truck or commercial vehicle not exceeding 4600 kg.
(10,141.1 lbs.) grosa vehicle weight."

Intent of the Bylaw:

To increase the permiasihte weight of the one truck or commercial vehicle |
that may be parked on private property in residential zones from 3630 kg.

(8002.7 lbs.) to 4600 kg. (10,141.1 lbs.)
