That Council adopt by resolution the "Northeast Sector Development
Strategy, A Comprehensive Development Planning Program", report, as. the
guideline for the development of this area of the City.

The final draft of the “City of Port Coquitlam, Northeast Sector
Development Strategy, A Comprehensive Development Planning Program'’ was
referred to the meeting of Council in Committee of March 25, 1991 by the
Northeast Sector Steering Committee.

A€ter reviewing the Northeast Sector Development Strategy with
representatives from the principal consultant for this project, the
Engineering Department and the Planning Department, Gouncil in Committee
referred the document to Council for formal approval.

A summary of the Northeast Sector Development Strategy is attached to this
memorandum.
