Section 808 of the Zoning Bylaw is deleted and repiaced as follows: "808. APARTMENT (RM-4) (1) USES PERMITTED: (a) Apartment residential. (b) Boarding: (i) shall be limited to a maximum of four boarders except that one additional boarder may be added for each 45 m (484 sq. ft.) of lot area in excess of 560 m= (6028 sq. ft.); and (11) shall be completely enclosed within a principal residential building. (c) Accessory uses. (d) Child Care: (4) shall be permitted up to a maximum of five children; and (ii) shall be on a ground floor location or have direct access to the exterior of the building; and (411) shall be permitted in apartment facilities designated or adapted for such uses 4£ intended to serve residents of the principal building or persons residing in immediately adjacent RM Zones or apartment facilities. (2) FLOOR AREA RATIO: The maximum floor area ratio is 1.0, provided that where required off-street parking is constructed within a building, including an underground structure, the maximum floor area ratio is increased by the proportion of the required parking so provided, multiplied by 0.4, to a maximum floor area ratio of 1.4. RECREATION AREAS: Recreation areas shall be provided on the same lot as the principal residential building or buildings, as follows: (a) 3.5 m@ (38 sq. ft.) of outdoor recreation area per dwelling unit; and (b) 2 m4 (22 sq. ft.) of indoor recreation area per dwelling unit; provided that recreation areas are not required for residential developments of less than 10 dwelling units.
