Re: Lot 31 (Olid Lot 22)

Dear Mr. Chong:

Further to our discussions in respect to the drainage for the
above property, we wish to confirm the following:

1. Council will lift the current covenant.

2. A new covenant will be established on the larger lot 3% with
the following conditions:

a) No occupancy ,of the building to be constructed until
the storm sewer has been installed (4: scien wfc ey)

b) Meridian Industrial Park Ltd. (Beedie) will pay the
legal costs for the covenant of approximately $500.00.

c) Meridian Industrial Park Ltd. will bond for the cost to
install the storm sewer in the appropriate amount.

Meridian Industrial Park Ltd. will be allowed to sell the
property to Wismer & Rawlings Electric Ltd. who have entered
into an ageement with Meridian Industrial Park Ltd. and
Beedie Construction Co. Ltd. for the construction of their
new premises. We would expect the sale of the land to take
place upon registration of the new Lot 31 (during July,
1989).

The reason we have not proceeded with the final subdividing of
the Meridian Industrial Park is due to negotiations that are
almost completed with Yamaha Canada Ltd., who wish to relocate
