WHEREAS the Covenantor is the registered owner in fee simple of
the Lands defined herein;

AND WHEREAS Section 215 of the Land Title Act, R.5S.B.C. 1979, Cc.
219 permits the registration of a Covenant, of a negative or
positive nature in favour of the City, in respect of the use of
the land, or the use of a building on or to be erected on land,
or, that land is or is not to be built on;

AND WHEREAS the Covenantor and the City wish to ensure that
development of the Land proceeds in accordance with the terms and

conditions of this Covenant;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the terms and conditions of
this Covenant and the su. of $1.00 now paid by the City to the
Covenantor and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Covenantor hereby

covenants as follows:
