In connection with the proposed storm sewer construction on
Fraser Avenue from Wellington Street to Vincent Street as a work of
Local Improvement I am pleased to report as follows:

(a) The lifetime of the work will be twenty (20) years.
: b) The estimated cost of the work is $21,000.00.
c) The share or proportion of the cost which will be.
specially charged against the parcels benefiting from
or abutting on the work is $9.00 per taxable front-foot
in accordance with the provisions of the “Local Improve- “
ment Charge By-law, 1969, No. 912”.
