Re: Proposed Subdivision of Lot 161, Plan 42669 ~ File S#17~72

a frontage exemption for Council's reconsideration. A report to the
City Administrator from the Approving Officer will be forthcoming shortly
which should resolve the question of charges for water utility future’
capital expenditures in subdivisions. In this case the Developer has
agreed to provide the $300.00 per lot proposed charge and $5,400.00 has
been received by the City Treasurer.
