As can be seen from the attached Exhibit 1, this site has some
excellent trees, Our pruposed development has taken this into consideraticn
purticularily on the side udjacent to the Lougheed Highvay. This is being
uccomplished by keeping the development close to Gordon Avenue, Tho
existing trees will be supplimented whore necessary on completion of the
duvelopuent to maintain the treed and shrubed aspect of the site.
