That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare a bylaw for introduction to repeal the "Official
Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162", and adopt the revised Official Community Plan as
attached in Appendix I to the Council Agenda.

Mayor Trahoulay and Councillor Gordon
voted against the resolution.

From the Recreation Manager/Deputy Director of Parks & Recreation, September 9th, 1993
regarding Link Camp - Boy Scouts of Canada.

That City Council endorse the concept of the Boy Scouts of Canada, (Port Coquitlam
District) hosting a Link Camp in Lions Park in May of 1994.

That the event not be held on the May Day weekend.

regarding Construction Management (Design Phase) - Hyde Creek Recreation Centre.

That City Council allocate $30,000 to hire Mierau Construction Ltd. to provide
preconstruction design services on the Hyde Creek expansion and renovation.

From the Director of Building Permits and Inspections, August 31st, 1993 regarding
Amendments to the City’s Fire Sprinkler Regulation.

That the Mayor and Council approve the amendments attached to Council Agenda, to the
Fire Sprinkler regulations in the City’s Building and Plumbing Bylaw.
