THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM
BYLAW NO. 2823
A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2823".

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lots 28 and 29

District Lot 466

Group One

New Westminisier District
Plan 19990

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of July, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of July, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 23rd day of August, 1993.

1662 and 1670 Grant Avenue

Intent of the Bytaw:

To permit the development of a four story, 20 unit apartment building.
