That no additional lighting on Dominion Avenue be installed at this time.

Fron the Acting City Engineer, November 5, 1992 regarding Western Heights Animal
Clean Up.

Seconded by Councillor Gates:

That two signs be installed around the entrances to Skyline Park requesting that owners
clean up after their pets on public and private property.

That $200.00 be allocated from the 1992 Environmental Protection Budget for this work.

Mayor Traboulay appointed a Task Force on Youth Comunittee to be Chaired by Councillor
Talbot, and Co-Chaired by Councillor Thompson.

The Councillors are instructed to submit a report on Youth concerns to Council by
December 14, 1992.
