A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

t ; le That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particulariy described as:

Lot 350

District Lot 232 and 384
i Group One
Be Plan 31203

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS=-2 (Small Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Byiaw, 1987, No. 2240" js hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

Ze That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:
