January 9, 1986, This also recognizes timing delays due to Christmas and New

Year holidays. _ .

The first public meeting we have tentatively scheduled for October 29th, 1985,
place and time to be confirmed by your Department.

We further note a meeting with the Recreation Committee en Monday, September
30th, 1985 at City Hall, a time to be confirmed by you,

presentation of a draft Community Questionnaire and a preliminary base plan.
