ZONING BYLAW 1384

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam will hold

a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister

Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April Oth, 1984 at 7:30 pm. to consider the

following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquit!am Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651":

By law No. 2023: to rezone Lot 13, District Lot 288, Group One, Plan 4667,
New Westminster District, from A=-1 to M=-1.

Byiaw No. 2024: to rezone Block 14, District Lots 231 & 288, Group One, Pian
4667, New westminster District, from A-1 to M-1.

The properties described above are located at 1765 Coast Meridian Road and 1725
Coast Meridian Road and are being rezoned in order that industrial uses permitted
in the M=«1 zone may be established on the property and it is expected that
buildings, structures, etc. will be erected thereon.

A copy of. the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents ‘may be inspected in the
Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at *+he address given above,

between the hours of 8:50 a.m. +o 4:30 pom., on regular business days, from the date
of this Notice until the Public Hearing. ; .

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed by law

shall be afforded an opportunity vo be heard at the Public Hearing on matters
contained in the bylaw.
