Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, July 28th, 1980

at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1767: to rezone all chose portions of Road

in District Lots 255 and 288, Group One, New Westminster
District, shown on Reference Plan 58961 as Parcels
"A", MBM tet, "pD", VEN, VFM, ng" and "H", from RT-1, RS~1,
or RS-2 to P-l. | |
The property described above comprises portions of the
Marshall Avenue (now named "Tyler Avenue") Road Allowance
west of Brown Street, the Marshall/Tyler Avenue Road
Allowance west of Ryan Street, and the Ryan Street Road
*“Avowanée from Cameron Avenue to Narshall/Tyler Avenue.
The rezoning is being undertaken to assist in ensuring
the centinued use of the Property as a buffer strip between
potentially conflicting land uses.
A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, may
be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
at the address given above, between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
on working days, July 17th, 1980 to July 28th, 1980.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the proposed by~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing’ on matters contained in the By-law.
