Dear Sirs;

We are planning to open a delicatessen and 35 seat coffee
shop in the new building situated on the corner of McAllister \
Avenue and Mary Hill Road, in Port Coquitlam. (2236 McAlister Ave}

in applying for a permit, we find that we would require 7
parking stalls to meet the bylaw reqiirements. The owners of
the building are alloting 3 parking stalls to accomodate my
space.

Therefore, I would request of the City of Port Coquitlam to
lease to me 4 parking stalls so that 1 may meet the bylaw
requirements and proceed with my location plans.
