A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Public Health By-law,

1969, No. 908",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 46 subsection 2 of the “City of Port Coquitlam Public
Health By~law, 1969, No. 908" is repealed and the following substituted:
"46. (2) Every person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this By-law shall be liable on summary conviction to a

fine of not more than(Five Hundred ($500.00) }Dollars or to

imprisonment for Six (6) months, Nor to both such a fine ** (Mo previstou th

and such imprisonment."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Public Health By-law, 1969, No. 908, Amendment By-law, 1977,

No. 1544". ;

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Sixteenth day of

May, 1977.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Sixteenth day of

May, 1977.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Sixteenth day of

May, 1977.

Received the approval of the Minister of Health this
