Re: Proposed Subdivision of Sketch 8777 and Lot
3, Plan 15843 of D.L. 4, Township 39, N.W.D,

; At the regular Council Meeting held Monday, May 3rd,

ye 2276 a frontage exemption for the above mentioned subdivision
was considered. It was also pointed out that the small piece
of City owned property east of Patricia Avenue with dimensions
50' x 66' was to be sold to the proposed developer in 1974 for
$2,500.00. The Committee has considered once again the sale
of this small piece of property and recommends that it be sold
to the proposed developer at a price of $1.50 per square foot
or $4,950.00. ‘The developer has agreed to purchase the property,
dedicate it as road, and construct the road.

Attached hereto please find a sketch showing a
proposed subdivision creating nine new lots, These lots
moet the Subdivision of Land By-law in every regard with

Council will reeall that at the reeular Council
Meoting held September Oth, 1974 the following resolution
was passed: .

“That as recommended in a report from the Land
Galos Committee September 6th, 1974 a small piece of City
owned proparty consisting of an arca of 50 x 66 which is
presently an extension of Patricia Avenue leading into
City owncs park be dedicated for 10ad alowance upon pay~
ment by the applicant Mr. ilugh McDonald of the sum of
$2,500.00 plus the cost ef the legal survey required to
effect the dedication",
