Eng. momen fel Re: Proposed Subdivision of Sketch 8777 and Lot 3, Plan 15843 of D.L. 4, Township 39, N.W.D, ; At the regular Council Meeting held Monday, May 3rd, ye 2276 a frontage exemption for the above mentioned subdivision was considered. It was also pointed out that the small piece of City owned property east of Patricia Avenue with dimensions 50' x 66' was to be sold to the proposed developer in 1974 for $2,500.00.
