Re: Planning Meeting - G.V.R.D. - July 16th, 1975

~ Rejected anplLication from Coquitlam for a Regional Plan Amendment to
allow a subdivision of modular homes at Oxbow Ranch.

- It was necommended that the stak§ of the G.V.R.D. approach the stags of
both the District cf Coquitlam and the City of Port Coquittam for the
needed ingfownation to make a decision on the Regional Toun Centre which
should be brought back in September.

- Recommended that a Committee, including fauners, be put together to seek
owt A0Lh in Farum Viability.

- Recommended to neger the Recreational Vehicle Study to the Lower Mainfand
Parks. Advisory Association Committee of which Akderman Laking 16 Chatman.
