Re: Appointment of Deputy-Treasurer

The resolutions that were passed by Council upon the resignation of our former
Treasurer, Mr. Forcier, and the appointment of our new Treasurer, Mr. Maitland,
have left the City without a formally appointed Deputy—Treasurer. Might we
suggest thai Council would want to correct the situation by passage of the
following resolution:

"That in addition to his appointment as City Administrator, Mr. L.D. Pollock
be appointed Deputy City Treasurer of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitian."
