He was 68. -The book, published in 1951, told the story of the discovery of the last great cattle frontier in North America — the great graz- ing areas beyond the Algak -and Icha mountain rangea in northern B.C. Mr, Hobson, one of the first cat- tlemen to venture into the Chil- cotin, wrote two subsequent novels and was working on a fourth, "To Hell With The White Man,” when he. died.
