Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the consolidating subdivision plan of certain property owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in District Lots 174 and 289, Group 1, New Westminster District, prepared by Robert M. Reese, BCLS, and dated June LOth, 1992, wherein Lot "A" having an area of .7594 ha are created and a portion of the said certain property is dedicated as "Road", be approved; And that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the docurents necussary for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, and make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office. Carried. From the City Clerk, July 16th, 1992 regarding the Sale of City Property, Northeast Corner of Pitt River Road and Shaughnessy Street. Moved by Alderman Keryluk Seconded by Alderman Talbot Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for mimictpal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; Now therefore be it resolved that: 1. Lot "A", Block 24, DL289, Group 1, Plan LMP2894, NWD, Port Coquitlam, BC be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received; The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting; The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein; Council reserves the right to accept any bid or bids or to reject any or all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate.
