BACKGROUND
This application is to rezone 1943 Manning Avenue from RS=-1 (Large Lot
Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit subdivision into two

single-family lots. The subject property is designated for "Apartment" uses
in the Official Community Plan.

COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS :

DCC's required for one lot ~ roads, parks.
Service connections required ~ water, sanitary.

Building Department:
The subdivided lot width does not comply with the City Zoning Bylaw 2240,
Section 601 (1). This would need to be resolved prior to a building
permit being issued.
