Dear Mr. Sewell;
re: Skyline Park - Mary Hill, Lot 1, Plan 79396

‘The majority of the work to be done at Skyline Park,

(according to the contract), was completed in December 1989. The
City of Port Coquitlam is prepared to take over the park ence the
following items have been corrected:

a) boulders and rocks up to 1 1/2" diameter to be removed from.

_ park land.

b) wheel tracks and rutted washed out ruts to be filled

c) bare areas to be reseeded

d) building debris and sewer pipes to be removed

@) proposed trees and shrubs to be planted.
Please let me know when these items are completed and then we can |
officially take over the park. Call me if you have any questions.
