ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING COST ESTIMATE

As per your request, please find below a terms of reference and cost estimate to provide
environmental monitoring of construction activities associated with the upgrade of the Coast

Meridian barge loading facility. |

To monitor construction activities associated with the upgrade of
the Coast Meridian barge loading facility, ensuring that productive
fish habitat, as defined by the Fraser River Estuary Management

Program foreshore classification study, is not impacted; -

To monitor the construction site between 0700 and 0900 his, and
0200 and 0400 hrs each work day; to liase with the construction
site foreman regarding on-site activities, emphasizing the
environmental sensitivity of the project; | | -
To record and photo-document on-site activities; to prepare final
environmental monitoring report for submission to the City of Port
Coquitlam. : : -
