1988. If development occurs at a pace greater than anticipated by Po
this plan, the review will have to occur at an earlier date.

Procedure for amending plan designations of properties is similar to
rezoning, the proposed change ig examined in terms of how it serves

the goals, objectives and strategies of this plan.
