Dear Mr. Riecken:

My name is Jean Gobillot and I reside at 2941 Coventry Crescent in Port
Coquitlam. [ live in a residential area near James Park Elementary
Schoel chat is populated with many small children. Our house is
situated as such that the children playing around the immediate vacinity
are not seen by oncoming vehicles. There is heavy traffic Flow coming
from Westminster Avenue and more often than not they are exceeding che
speed Llimic.

We fear, as do our neighbours, that one day a child will be struck by one
of these speeding cars, and hope to avoid this by having the city post

signs and place speed bumps in the neighbourhood.

Please consider this proposal, as we do not want a fatality to appear on
the front page of our local paper as we all beleive this will occur.

The attached is names and address' of the residents in the immediate area
that are in favour of the proposed actions.

Also attached is a drawing of the neighbourhood. A prompt reply would be
greatly appreciated.
