Director of Planning RE 3540 Westweod Street ~ Rezoning Application ommittee - Apri] 24. 1990 It is recommended that this application be tabled until the intersection of Woodland Drive/Westwood Street/Kitchener/Crabbe has been brought to standard. The applicants are proposing to further develop the subject property, presently occupied by a legal non-conforming gasoline service station, with the addition of a 100 seat restaurant and retail stores. Preliminary architectural and landscape drawings have been submitted to illustrate the proposed new building, and these are generally acceptable although some minor modifications and further information may be required. The Building Department, Fire Department and Parks and Recreation Department had no comments on this application. The Engineering Department comments are as follows: Services were upgraded as part of Building Permit application for Westwood Turbo. Any additional connection required would be handled at Building Permit stage. Access will be permitted from Westwood only.
