This is in regards to providing telephone service to
your development at Firehall #1. You will be required
to contribute $4,620.00 towards B.C. Tel's
construction costs for the above development. This
contribution figure is valid until December 31, 1990.

This contribution figure is for replacement of
existing 50X entrance cable with 100X and re-
arrangement of existing terminal.
