RECOMMENDATION:

"WHEREAS the iands hereinatter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be jt resolved that:

1. Lot A, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 74399, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be sold by
tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received,

2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to
publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender"

Notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Counci}
meeting;

5. |. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby
approved;

4. The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
3. Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject
all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion

determines that rejection is appropriate,

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The details and location of this Property is shown on the
material following. The lowest price that is stated to be
acceptable is $37,000 and this is the appraised value as of
February 5th, 1987.
