Intent of the Proposed Bylaw: to rezone:

New Westminster District

from RS=1 (Single Family Residential) to P=] (Civic Institutional).

Location of Propert Affected:
West of Pitt River Road at the west end of Saskatchewan Avenue.

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To permit the construction of a Water System Pump Station on the property.

Further Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 asm. to
4:30 peme, on regular business days, from the date of “his Notice until the Public

Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the Proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending by law.

Public Participation:

At the hearing ail persons who believe thelr interest in Property is affected by the
proposed bylaw wil! be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submisstons respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
