Byitaw No. 2070:

To amend Section 41 and’ Section 42 of the Zoning Bylaw to permit
the use of "trade schools" in the M—1 ZONE.

The above noted bylaw affects all property In the city bearing the

‘zone designation M-1 and the Council! presently has an application

‘before it requesting permission to estabilsh the use of trade school

(dance studio) at 1971 McLean Avenue. >

‘No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.

555 Laurier Avenue, Director of the Assoctation of Concerned Citizens
who then made a presentation to Counci! regarding drainage. Mr. Heino
Zyltstra, 446 Laurler Avenue, President of the Association was also
present.
