The Petition of the City of Port Coquitlam

HUMBLY SHOWETH:

That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port+ Coquitlam has
by Bylaw No, 1996 cited as the "Clyde Avenue {Plan 2416) Road Closure Bylaw,
1983, No. 1996n Stopped up and closed to traftic a certain portion of Road and
Lane therein descr i bed;

That the said Bylaw No. 1996 of The Corporation of the City of Por+ Coquitiam was
reconsidered, finally Passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port+ Coquitlam on +he Third day of October, 1983 and a
duly certified copy is attached hereto;

That the registered owners of all the adjoining and contiguous lands have
consented to the closure of the said portions of Road and Lane described in the
Said Bylaw No. 1996 and The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has agreed
to accept titte to the land comprising the same;

hectares to the owner of Property in the immediate vicinity while retaining tne
balance of the closed Road and Lane in the Ownership of the City. The price at
which the City proposes to sell the said property has been established as $48.44

The Corporation of the City of Por+ Coquitiam authorized the Presentation of 4
Petition to. the Minister of Municipal Affairs praying for the abandonment of the
Portions of Road and Lane described in the said Bylaw No. 1996 so stopped up and
ie;

_ THEREFORE your Petitioner humbly prays for the abandonment of the said portion of

Road.and Lane described in Bylaw No. 1996 of The Corporation of the City of Port

. Coquitlam and the vesting of title to the land comprising same in The Corporation
‘of the City of Port Coquittam.

AND your Petitioner as in duty bound wil! ever pray, etc.
