A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 168i".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of. land situated in Port

Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described

amended to reflect this rezoning. :

This property is located at 3443 Oxford Street and the
rezoning is being undertaken to permit the removal of the single
family residence and the construction of a duplex.
