Canopies .
There are several types canopies that can be used. Businesses

along each block should co-ordinate their efforts to install a

consistent system. This guideline is recommending a fixed canvas

canopy system, tying the store fronts together.

Signs

Signs are to comply with Sign Bylaw. It should be remembered
that signs must also orient to pedestrians not just automobiles. A
facia sign along the top of a building that can be read from a

passing automobile is invisible to a person walking.
