The Committee recommends that the lane be ~raved at
an approximate cost of $6,000 and that the funds be taken
from the tax sale land reserve as part of our development .
cost of this property. This estimated cost is in addition
to some base preparation and installation of several catch
basins which would be required whether or not the lane is

paved.
