The upset price of each of the lots will be $20,000. and sale
will be wade co the highest bidder on the following basis:

~ Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the anovut
of Ten- (10%} percent of the Bid price,

~ Successful bidders must pay the balance of the Bid price
within 3¢ days and Title will pass when full payment in
nade,

- Building plans for these lots must be approved by the City
prier to construction to ensure a variation of housing

styles.
